Located not far from the heart of Austin, The Allegro is known for it’s sophisticated style and modern amenities. Baker’s Hall is one of the sites indoor venues. With it’s indoor wall of windows and amazing acoustics the hall provides a beautiful reception space with ample space to dance the night away. I really like the 5 mile view of the surrounding Texas hill country. Grace Chapel is a more traditional ceremony space, offering the warmth of handcrafted wood beams and a beautiful hand crafted wood cross. Ceremonies can be held inside the chapel or outside on the chapel lawn. I think this is the sweetest chapel I have seen yet! The Live Oaks Lawn is a beautiful garden lawn that is virtually a blank slate for those wanting an truly outdoor ceremony. The lawn overlooks miles of scenic views and has a stream water venue. The Driscoll Pavilion is an open air space perched at the top of the properties ridgeline. It’s the perfect location for an intimate reception, cocktail hour or pre-wedding gathering where everyone can enjoy the views of The Allegro property. Onsite lodging includes five onsite cottages to accomodate 17 of your closest family and friends. The cottages are warm and inviting and offer a comfortable experience with the best of Austin hospitality.

The Lawn with it’s lush landscape is a beautiful space for ceremony’s as well as a stylish upscale picnic. The Mansion Veranda boasts iconic columns crafted by the same stone carver that constructed the Biltmore Hotel. They are the perfect backdrop for your cocktail hour or even a bridal shower or bachelorette get together. The Pool Courtyard is the perfect setting for semi-private events. With the backdrop of the hotels pool and the scent of vining jasmine wafting through the space, it’s an enjoyable space to host a cocktail event or bachelorette party. Park View Ballroom is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and has oversized windows with views of downtown Austin to include the Texas State Capitol and UT stadium. Palm Park Ballroom is the largest of the hotels venues accomodating up to 750 guests. The ballroom has a performance platform for live events and opens onto the 7th floor Palm Court Terrace that holds another 500 guests and boasts an 85 inch weatherproof television with live streaming capabilities. Lone Star Court is located in the Domain area with access to it’s lively nightlife and class-A shopping. We loved the retro charm of this venue, it reminded us of a slower time when motor lodges were THE place to stay when taking a roadtrip. While the venue gave me retro vibes, it also provides guests with modern comforts such as their outdoor pool area and indoor bar. Weddings can be held in the beautiful courtyard or under the large pavilion with it’s modern canopy and lovely surrounding landscape. The onsite lodging includes vintage-inspired rooms and suites that have the perfect lounge chairs to relax in outside your door. This venue provides a unique and comfortable stay for your guests as well as a fun relaxed venue to host your wedding.

Vintage Villas has been doing weddings as long as I have! It’s know for it’s breathtaking views on a bluff overlooking Lake Travis. The beautiful vintage gazebo is one of the outdoor ceremony sites and truly my favorite setting for couples to exchange their vows. The arbor is also a beautiful covered location that still gives you the feel of the outdoors and views of Lake Travis. The Travis Room and Events Center provide ample space for your event. The Creek Haus is a sister venue to Vista West Ranch. It’s set in the Texas Hill Country, and offers a rustic and charming setting for weddings. While I think this venue is the most rustic of them all, I also it’s one of the most charming.
