Our process is a collaborative experience that ensures our focus is on your vision, while you receive the utmost care and attention. Using our highly refined process, we’ll expertly coordinate all the fine details while keeping in touch with them regularly. 

 • The full-service experience, from the nitty-gritty of planning and to the conclusion of your event 

 • Our beautiful client portal to ensure access to all of the documents that are necessary to the planning process whenever you need them

 • Monthly meetings (fondly called Sanity Checks) to keep us all on the same page and put out any potential fires before they become bonfires.  

 • A venue walkthrough with your professional planner (90 days out)

 • An hour-long all-bases-covered 

 • Final Planning Meeting where we’ll cover everything: setup, timeline, decor installation, clean-up, etc. (60 days out)

 • Timeline creation (typically 2 weeks out) 

 • Ongoing support via telephone, email, or text between meetings so that you never have to hold onto stressors or questions
